

CAROLLE TRANCHANT COORDINATES OUR PROJECT FROM HER BASE IN PORT-AU-PRINCECarolle Tranchant, long-time President of the Haitian Childrens' Fund is on-site to guarantee results for any project we undertake. She has been the key Haitian-based coordinator since 1994. Over the years, we have received ongoing support from many organizations. Included in the current list are Missions Unlimited, Jasper, Alabama, King's Aid Mission, or Briceland, Minnesota, Handy, Inc., and the First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Catholic Charities of the Miami Archdiocese, and SEARS, of Boca Raton, FL. Wyeth-Ayerst has made it possible to obtain supplies of Haemophilus b Conjugate Vaccine for use with our children's project. The photographs show Haitian Childrens Fund President Carolle Tranchant with some of the kids we support in Haiti. They are celebrating the arrival of a frige and two freezers from SEARS of Boca Raton, Florida. Outfitted, for the occasion, in clothing donated by Handy, Inc., the First Baptist Church and King's Aid Mission, the children had a big meal prepared from food donated by Missions Unimited/ They presented Carolle with a carved box for onward transmission to P.
